about B & B Molded Products, Inc.
B & B Molded Products, Inc. is a custom injection molder of thermoplastic materials. We were started in 1992 by two entrepreneurs in Napoleon, Ohio. B & B Molded Products, Inc. was first housed in a 5,000 square foot facility and has since moved and expanded to a 55,000 square foot plant. Located in Napoleon, Ohio, we have approximately 90 employees on three shifts. Our factory manufactures hundreds of parts and products for the commercial, plumbing, electrical, dispensing, janitorial, and automotive markets.
B & B Molded Products, Inc. currently has 20 presses that range from 75 ton to 700 ton. We have up to date robotics on our presses, which allow us to run our machines on a consistent cycle, and use our labor force in other areas to cut down on shipping and assembly time. Along with molding we also integrate several production technologies such as welding, bonding, insert molding, and decorating.
